Join us as a Volunteer for the 2026 HNBA/VIA Corporate Counsel Conference, one of the nation’s premier gatherings of Hispanic legal professionals, business leaders, and advocates shaping the future of law, technology, and corporate responsibility. The HNBA/VIA is proud to champion educational pipeline programs and professional development initiatives that build the next generation of legal leaders. As a volunteer, you’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and access to:


  • Hundreds of legal professionals—including general counsel, practicing attorneys, law professors, judges, and public officials
  • Cutting-edge CLE panels, plenaries, and workshops focused on innovation, technology, and the law
  • Professional development sessions tailored for law students, recent graduates, and pre-law students
  • Exceptional networking opportunities with leaders across the public and private sectors


Volunteer Benefits

Selected volunteers will receive complimentary full registration to the 2026 Corporate Counsel Conference (a $1,450 value), which includes access to most general programming and events. Please note that events requiring pre-registration or designated as “By Invitation Only” are not included.


To qualify for this benefit, volunteers must:


  • Be a current law student (1L–3L), LL.M. student, recent law graduate, or pre-law student
  • Attend the mandatory virtual orientation prior to the conference
  • Complete a minimum of 10 service hours during the conference


Time Commitment & Key Dates


  • Virtual Orientation (30 minutes): January 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
  • Onsite Walk-Through & Setup: Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
  • Volunteer Onsite Orientation: Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
  • Conference Dates: March 11–13, 2026


Attendance at all scheduled dates is required to maintain volunteer status. Please confirm your availability before applying.
