2026 HNBA/VIA Latina Leadership Academy
For Attorneys with 10 Years or Less of Legal Experience
Applications are now open for the 2026 Latina Leadership Academy, presented by the HNBA Latina Commission. The Academy is a focused professional development and leadership training program designed for attorneys in the first ten years of practice.
Building on proven programming around grit and growth mindset, the Academy explores executive presence, leadership development, and authenticity in professional environments where Latinas continue to face structural and cultural challenges. Through interactive sessions, participants will gain practical skills to advance their careers, expand leadership capacity, and navigate barriers to professional growth.
Eligibility
- Active HNBA membership required
- Attorneys with 10 years or less of legal experience (all practice areas welcome)
- Current HNBA Latina Commissioners and law students are not eligible
- Accepted applicants must participate in all program segments
- Accepted applicants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs
